摘要
通过对黑龙江森工伐区调查设计方法与传统的工作流程、伐区调查存在的特殊性、伐区调查数据情况等进行具体分析,阐述了黑龙江省森工林区伐区调查数据采集和信息管理的要求。
This paper briefly describes the forest plant community of ecological balance, think forest plant community eco- logical balance is a dynamic balance, is relatively balanced; the dynamic balance and relative properties allow using reasonable methods to use forest plant resources ; rational utilization of the principles and measures.
