黑龙江省气象信息中心每天都要通过计算机信息专用网传输大量的数据资料,客观要求传输不但要及时,而且要准确。利用VB编程软件的优点和特点,可很好地提高部分数据的上传效率。
Meteorological Information Center of Heilongjiang Province, every day through the private network of computer information transferring large amounts of data, the objective requirements of the transmission is not only timely, but also ac- curate. The advantages and features of the VB programming software to complete the efficiency of some of the data upload.
