摘要
简要介绍了河南电网的结构 ,着重分析了小浪底水电站给河南电网带来的一系列稳定问题 ,提出了诸如远方切机、远方切负荷等保证小浪底出力安全外送和河南电网稳定运行的措施 。
Xiaolangdi Hydroelectric Plant occupies a large part of generation in He'nan Power System. however. the network structure is relatively weak. The effects of the plant on system transient stabi lity are studied. and emergency controls. sllch as remote switch off generator and load shedding, are proposed to ensure stable operation of the system.
