摘要
电力系统稳定性分析与控制实时仿真决策系统是我国电力大系统灾变防治和经济运行的重大科学问题研究中的一个重要子课题。文中提出了该系统的基本设计原则和体系结构 ,分析了建立该系统过程中须研究和解决的有关技术问题 ,如信息的提取、传输与处理 ,数学模型和专家系统的建立 ,稳定性理论与非线性控制理论的应用等。
Real- time sim ulation and decision making system for stability analysis and control of power system is an im portant sub- project in research on vital scientific problems of collapse prevention and optim al operation of large power systems in China. This paper proposes its basic design principle and configuration,and analyzes som e technical problems which must be studied and solved in constructing the system,such as extraction of inform ation,transm ission and processing of signals, construction of mathematics m odel and expert system,and application of stability theory and nonlinear control theory.
