摘要
钒触媒是石化工业中重要的催化剂,在失活后有很高回收价值。通过实验介绍了工艺流程。废钒触媒经过提取钒、钼后,产生的废渣综合利用提取镍,经过混酸浸取,氨水浸取,蒸氨处理后,制取一氧化镍。最佳提取条件是:加10%炭粉还原焙烧温度600~650℃,酸浓度是30%,液固比是3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间4h,镍的浸出率可达90%以上,对废钒触媒中的镍可进行充分提取回收,有较高的产品回收率,生产出的物料符合国家标准。
After extracting vanadium and molybdenum, waste vanadium catalyst is further used to recover nickel monoxide through mixed acid leaching, ammonia leaching and ammonia distillation. The optimum extraction condi- tion is as follows: reductive roasting temperature at 600-650℃ with addition of 10% charcoal powder, acid concentra- tion of 30%, solid liquid ratio of 3:1, reaction for 4h at 90 ℃. Thus the nickel in waste vanadium can be fully extracted with nickel leaching ratio up to more than 90% and nickel product meeting national standard.
