摘要
瓦斯是炼化企业生产过程中的副产品,一般作为工艺过程加热炉的燃料使用,瓦斯系统是炼化企业能源浪费和环境污染较为严重的环节,因企业生产格局调整,往往存在产耗阶段性不平衡,对瓦斯系统的平衡管理及优化利用将极大地挖掘炼化企业降本增效潜力,同时为其节能降耗工作发挥重要作用。
Gas is a by-product in refinery. Generally it is used as furnace fuel. Energy waste and environment pollution from gas system is serious because of the unbalance between production and consumption during operation adjustment. Balance management and optimization in gas system will reduce cost of refinery greatly and play an im- portant role in lowering energy consumption.
