摘要
介绍了中国石化荆门分公司20万t/a润滑油加氢改质装置加热炉节能改造和装置低温热利用节能改造的情况。对装置内三台加热炉进行烟气余热回收的节能改造,利用减压塔底油低温热源及反应炉高温烟气加热常压炉进料,提高了常压炉进料温度。通过低温热利用节能改造有效解决了常压炉因设计缺陷导致的炉膛温度高和反应炉排烟温度高的问题,节能效果显著,取得了可观的经济效益。
This article introduced the energy-saving revamps of the furnaces and the use of low temperature heat in the 200kt/a lube oil hydrogenation unit in Sinopec Jingmen Branch. The three furnaces were revamped to recover waste heat from the flue gas. The low temperature heat from vacuum tower bottom oil and the high temperature heat from reactor furnace flue gas were used to heat atmospheric furnace feedstock, thus increasing feed-in temperature of the atmospheric furnace. After this revamp, the problems about the high temperature in the chamber of atmospheric furnace and the high temperature of reactor furnace flue gas, which were caused by the design defect, have been solved efficiently. Therefore this revamp project has achieved remarkable energy saving and economic benefits.
