相位对比磁共振成像在中脑导水管流动测量中的应用

摘要 脑脊液(cerebrospinalfluid,CSF)循环有人体第三循环之称。早期人们对CSF的研究都使用有创方法,这改变了CSF的生理环境,给研究带来一定困难。1986-1987年,Feinberg和Mark。首次将PC.cine法用于测量CSF速度的活体研究,开创了MRI用于研究CSF循环领域。相位对比磁共振成像(phasecontrastmagneticresonanceimaging,PC—MRI)对低速流动敏感,近年来PC—MRI作为一种无创、准确的流体测量技术集中应用于脑室系统、蛛网膜下腔、椎管和中脑导水管CSF的流动研究,导水管存在较为稳定的流动模型,成为研究热点。
