摘要
商业是国民经济的重要部门。从1927年4月到1937年12月沦陷约十年时间，南京由于她成为全国的军政中心与国家首都，中外人士云集，人口激增，由于她优越的地理位置与陆海交通枢纽的作用，由于她深厚的历史文化积淀与近代的发展基础，由于她丰富的物产与多年相对安定的社会环境，又因她地近上海，交通便捷，也由于国民政府当局的优先投资、注重建设与正确规划，带来了商业和市场的繁荣。但日本的侵略战争，从1937年8月15日开始的日军战机的狂轰滥炸，1937年12月13日开始的烧杀抢掠的大屠杀，给南京的商业带来几乎是毁灭性的破坏；而日本在南京建立的殖民统治和建立“日本人街”等经济掠夺政策，更造成了南京商业长期的萧条与典型的殖民地特征，给南京人民带来深重的灾难。
Business is important sectors of the national economy. From April 1927 to December 1937, it was about ten years, due to the national of military center and national capital, foreign people gathered ＇s due to its supe- rior location and traffic hub, due to its deep history culture accumulation and modem development, due to its rich products and years relative stability of social environment, and due to its traffic convenient which was near to Shanghai Nanjing was prosperity in business and market. But Japan＇s aggressive war which was beginning on Au- gust 15, 1937 and mass massacre beginning on December 13, 1937 brought devastating damage to Nanjing＇s busi- ness and also brought grave calamities to the Nanjing people.
