On Relations Between Higher Education and Economic Growth

教育与经济是现代社会发展的两大基石，高等教育与经济共同支撑了社会的发展。高等教育与经济增长二者是辩证关系，高等教育的发展促进经济增长，而经济增长制约高等教育的发展。在现代经济全球化条件下，我们必须正确认识高等教育的经济功能，加快高等教育发展的进程，促进江西经济又好又快、持续稳定增长。

The development of modern society is based on education and economy. Higher education and economy support the development of the society. Higher education and economy belong to dialectical relation, that is, the development of higher education promotes economic growth, which is also conditioned by economic growth. We must understand the economic function of higher education correctly and speed up the proceeding of the development of higher education in the condition of modern economic globalization, which can promote the stable growth of economy.
