莎剧故事在台湾早期的流播与接受

The Early Propagation of Shakespeare＇ s Plays and Its Acceptance in Taiwan

林译小说对早期台湾文坛的影响，主要是《吟边燕语》。1906年的《台湾日日新报》刊载了《丹麦太子》、《棱镜》、《玉蟾》三篇小说，透过文字之比对，可知是从《吟边燕语》及中国古典小说加以改易、摹仿的学习之作，同时可见莎剧故事为台湾文人所熟悉，20世纪初期的台湾已经透过林纾此译作认识了莎士比亚，并与世界文学有了初步的接触。

Shu Lin＇ s influence on Taiwan Residents literature in the early period is mainly the work of translation Yin-Bian-Yan- Yu. In 1906, Taiwan Ri-Ri-Xin Newspaper published three novels called ＂Danish Prince＂, ＂Prism＂ and ＂Jade Frog＂ re- spectively. Stylometric analysis shows that they are imitations of Yin-Bian-Yan-Yu and other classic Chinese novels. We can thus infer that Shakespeare＇ s Plays were quite familiar to Taiwan Residents intelligentsia at that time ： thanks to Shu Lin＇ s works of translation, Taiwan has been familiar with Shakespeare＇ s works since the early 20th century and has made preliminary contact with world literature.
