硒化环糊精模拟谷胱甘肽还氧化物酶的研究

利用化学合成的方法 ,将硒氢基团引入到环糊精 (β- CD)上 ,获得能模拟 GPx的小分子硒化环糊精 ,并通过 Uv进行结构分析。酶活性测定表明 ,硒化环糊精能表现出较高的 GPx活性 ,且稳定性好 ,其活力可达 8.56 U/

Mimics of GPx,selenide cyclodextine by the way of chemical synthesis,are abtained and give an analysis on structure by Uv treatment.The results on the activities of mimics experiment show that mimics have the higher activities of GPx and the better stability.And the activityies of mimics are more than8.5 6 U/ μmol.
