摘要
研究发现 ,在盐酸介质中 ,痕量硝基苯能灵敏地活化Fe(Ⅲ )催化过氧化氢氧化二甲苯兰FF褪色的指示反应。研究了该活化催化褪色反应的最佳条件及动力学参数 ,建立了一种新的测定痕量硝基苯的方法。该法测定线性范围为 0 .0~ 80 μg/L ,检测限为 6.4 7× 10 - 6g/L。用于环境水样中硝基苯的测定 ,结果满意。
In HCl medium,trace nitrobenzene can sensitively activate the indicating reaction of H 2O 2 oxidizing discoloration of xylene cyanol FF catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ).The optimum condition and kinetic parameters are investigated in datail,a new method for determination of trace nitrobenzene is proposed.The detection limit is 6.47×10 -6 g/L and the linear range is 0.0~80 μg/L nitrobenzene.It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace nitrobenzene in environmental water sample.
