摘要
通过量子化无耗电感电容耦合介观电路 ,研究了激发相干态下介观电路的量子效应 .结果表明 ,每一回路中电荷、电流的平均值和方均值皆不为零 ,两回路存在相互关联的量子噪音 ,且它们决定于相干态。
The quantum effects of inductance capacitance coupled circuit under excited coherent states are investigated by quantizing nondissipative mesoscopic circuit. The results show that the mean value and mean square value of charge and current in each circuit are all not zero,the quantum fluctuations in the two circuits are correlated each othr,and the fluctuations are determined by coherent states,particle number states parameter and the circuit parameter.
