Electricity exchange data Purchase transactions at generation side In 2011, the purchase transactions of electricity carded out by the State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） amounted to 3 047 TWh at generation side （power plants under unified dispatch）, up 12.6% on a year-on-year basis. Of all the purchase transactions, 2 612 TWh were thermal power, 349.4 TWh hydropower, 41.2 TWh wind power, and 44.4 TWh were other power sources.
Purchase transactions at generation side In 2011,the purchase transactions of electricity carried out by the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)amounted to 3 047 TWh at generation side (power plants under unified dispatch),up 12.6％ on a year-on-year basis.Of all the purchase transactions,2 612 TWh were thermal power,349.4 TWh hydropower,41.2 TWh wind power,and 44.4 TWh were other power sources.The purchase transactions of electricity at the generation side in ten provincial-level grids totaled more than 100 TWh.These include the North Hebei,Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Henan,Sichuan,and Liaoning grids.The purchase transactions in the Jiangsu grid reached 338.7 TWh,ranking first among all provinces.Ningxia and Xinjiang saw rather large growth in the purchase transaction of electricity at the generation side.The growth rate in Ningxia was 75％.Table 1 shows the purchase transactions of electricity at the generation side in 2011.
