“正论派言论人”是指经常在右翼刊物《正论》发表政论文章的右翼学者，他们反“东京审判史观”、反“自虐史观”，主张日本侵略战争的“正当性”，否认日本的战争犯罪，在教科书“改恶”运动，敦促日本官方参拜靖国神社，敌视和攻击中国，破坏日本同亚洲各国关系的右翼潮流中发挥着恶劣的影响，值得人们关注。
