当今世界的整体发展潮流趋向于和平发展,但也不能否认依旧存在着国与国之间局部的冲突与摩擦。特别是在受到霸权主义干涉的东北亚区域内,还存在着诸多的不安因素,特别是近来政坛更迭不断的日本政府内部经济萎靡、外部外交失衡,与中国的关系日渐紧张,给东北亚地区的发展带来了很大的影响。为此,日本政府所需要的是改变历史认知上的暧昧态度,正视侵略历史,与东北亚其他国家坦诚相待,构筑东北亚稳定的友好合作关系。

In particular, North - east Asia exists a series of destabilizing factors because of the interference of hegemony. Because of the contraction in the internal economy and external diplomatic unbalance, changing Japanese government took a great bad influences to the development of North - east Asia. Therefore, Japanese government must change the suspicious cognitive manner on history, face up to aggressive history, sincerely treat and co- operate other Asian countries, and build a stable friendly and cooperative relations.
