民间呼声:撤销靖国神社合祭诉讼案大阪二审判决

Nongovernmental Voice： Recalling Osaka Judgment of Second Instance of Yasukuni Shrine Joint Sacrifice Case

对于靖国神社中合祭的＂英灵＂问题,日本人内部有着不同的观念,虽然存在着一部分妄图美化军国主义的右翼分子鼓动民众参拜靖国神社,但不可忽视的是还有很多在二战中丧失亲人的日本人正在理性地思考战争的本质,积极地对右翼势力进行反击,并在日本全国各地发起诉讼,不仅要求撤销自己亲人的合祭,并且希望通过法律的途径纠正日本政府的历史错误。本文以大阪诉讼案为中心,叙述了日本撤销靖国神社合祭诉讼案的进展状况。

The Japanese have different ideas to Yasukuni Shrine joint sacrifice. Although there is a part of militarism right - wingers want to arouse the mass to visit the Yasukuni Shrine, some Japanese people who lost relations is thinking the essence of war rationally and fighting to the right - wing forces, taking judicial proceedings all over Japan. They not only asked to withdraw the sacrifices of relatives but also rectify the history fault of Japanese government through lawsuits. Taking the Osaka judgment as the center, this paper shows the situation of recalling Yasukuni Shrine joint sacrifice case.
