摘要
对低品位难分解钽铌矿在加压状态下的酸分解工艺进行了试验研究。采用密闭加压方式对该类矿石进行酸分解,钽铌分解率达到98.5%以上,氢氟酸消耗减少,磨矿粒度适度增大,生产成本降低,有利于环保。该工艺也适用于高品位钽铌精矿的生产。
The pressure decompositon of a low-grade refractory tantalum-niobium ore with acid was stud ied. When the type of ore is processed by closed pressure acid decomposition,its decomposition rate of tan- talum-niobium reaches more than 98.5% with decreased consumption of HF,properly increased grinding particle size, lower production cost and strengthened environmental protection. The process is also applied in the treatment of high-grade tantalum-niobium concentrate.
