摘要
在Gleeble—1500热模拟机上,对新型亚稳定β型TB8钛合金进行双道次间隙式等温热压缩实验,研究了此过程中合金的软化行为。结果表明:当变形温度为750℃时,合金在热变形初期出现了不连续屈服现象;合金在双道次热压缩过程中发生了动态和静态软化,动态软化率随着变形温度的升高而增大;经过道次间隙保温后,合金出现了明显的静态软化行为,且静态软化率随着变形温度的升高和道次间隙时间的延长而增大。
The double-rolling isothermal hot compression tests of a new metastable beta TB8 titanium alloy were carried out on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine,and the alloy softening behavior was inves- tigated during compression. The results show that when deformation temperature is 750 ℃, the alloy has discontinued yielding behavior in the initial hot deformation stage. Both dynamic softening and static sof- tening happen to the alloy during its double-rolling hot compression, and the dynamic softening rate increa- ses with deformation temperature increasing. Upon the insulation at the rolling interval, the alloy has obvi ous static softening behavior, and the static softening rate increases with increased deformation temperature and rolling interval.
