摘要
对掺镧钼丝拉制过程中所产生杯锥状断口的形貌和硬度进行了观察和分析,在此基础上对该断口的成因进行了研究。结果表明:残留Fe元素是导致掺镧钼丝形成杯锥状断口的一个重要影响因素,而La2O3的存在形态、颗粒大小以及偏聚程度对杯锥状断口的产生也有一定影响。
Research is made on the causes of the cup-cone fractures of lanthanum-doped molybdenum wiresduring drawing, based on the observation and analysis of their morphology and hardness. The results show that the residual Fe is an important influence factor leading to the cup-cone fractures of molybdenum wires. The existing form,particle size and the segregation of La2O3 also results in the cup-cone fractures.
