摘要
针对于现有活塞销冷挤压成形技术的不足,采用一种振动挤压的方式对活塞销成形进行研究.基于DEFORM平台,对活塞销的成形过程进行数值模拟仿真,分析其成形过程中的行程载荷与材料流动特性,并与常规的挤压方式比较得出结论:振动挤压可以降低成形载荷,并改善坯料与模具之间的摩擦状态,有利于下端材料的流动,从而得到较好的连皮位置.进一步研究了振动周期与振幅对成形效果的影响,得到周期为0.05s,振幅1mm为最优的振动参数.
In allusion to the shortage of conventional extrusion forming, a novel approach of cold extrusion with vibration for piston pin was put forward. Numerical simulation is used to simulate the whole extrusion process to analyze and compare the forming press and velocity field to the conventional extrusion forming with DEFORM, and a conclusion was obtained that the forming press was reduced and friction state between blank and die was improved with the vibration, and the location of connection was also acceptable. The effects of vibration amplitude and frequency to forming were researched, and the optimal parameters were also obtained.
