摘要
通过阳极氧化的电化学方法制备了多孔硅 ,并对多孔硅的微观形貌和光致发光谱 (PL)进行分析 .结果表明 ,随着阳极电流密度的增大 ,多孔硅的形貌将由“海绵”状转变为“树枝”状 ,其 PL谱峰相应地发生“蓝移”,并且 PL的强度也有显著的增加 .
In this paper, morphology and photoluminescent spectrums of porous silicon,which was fabricated by an electrochemical approach,were studied.It was found that morphology of porous silicon was changed from spongy to branched with increasing of current density,and peaks of PL shifted towards blue color,accordingly. It also showed that branched PS has higher density of PL than spongy one.
