阐述江苏农村水利建设的现状与农村水利现代化的总体要求,提出江苏农村水利现代化的主要目标和建设标准。分析江苏农村水利现代化的主要任务和重要抓手,针对江苏农村水利现代化的分区治理模式和保障措施等问题进行了思考。

This paper presents the current status of rural water conservancy construction and the overall requirement of rural water conservancy modernization in Jiangsu. Its main object and the construction standard are also put forward. Its main task, important project, subarea manage mode and safeguard measures are analyzed.
