短信教育对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者焦虑和自理能力的影响

Effects of Short Message Service Education on Anxiety Level and Self-care Ability for Rectum Cancer Patients with Colostomy

目的探讨短信教育对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者焦虑和自理能力的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2010年2月至2011年11月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院消化科治疗的84例直肠癌患者为研究对象。按入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在接受常规治疗和护理的基础上进行短信教育,即观察组患者出院后每2～7d由专门的护士进行1次短信督导及健康教育,为期3个月。3个月后随访时,采用焦虑自评量表(self-ratinganxiety scale,SAS)和自我护理能力测定量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)测评两组患者的焦虑情况和自我护理能力。结果 3个月后随访时,观察组患者的SAS评分为(41.59±5.60)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而自我护理能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论短信教育对于直肠癌结肠造口患者心理健康状况的改善和自理能力的提高具有促进作用。

Objective To explore the effects of short message service education on anxiety level and selfcare ability of rectum cancer patients with colostomy. Methods Totally 84 patients with rectum cancer in this study were equally divided into control group and observational group from February 2010 to November 2011. Both the two groups received routine therapy and nursing, while the observational group was given additional short message service education. Health education messages were sent to patients in the observational group once per 2--7 days by specialized nurses for 3 months. Anxiety self rating scale （SAS） and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale （ESCA） were used to assess the anxiety level and self-care ability of the two groups 3 months after intervention. Results Anxiety level of patients in observational group （41.59± 5.60） were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）, and self-care ability were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Short message service education can improve psychological health as well as the self-care ability of rectum cancer patients with colostomy.
