病例管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effects of Case Management Mode in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨病例管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法方便性抽样选取东阳市人民医院呼吸内科2010年3月至2012年2月的200例COPD住院患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组采用病例管理模式护理,比较两组患者的住院时间、医疗费用、对疾病知识的了解程度及舒适度。结果研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,对COPD相关知识的了解程度及照护满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例管理模式可以显著提升COPD患者的舒适度及对护理工作的满意度,缩短住院时间,促进患者康复及出院后的自我护理。

Objective To explore the application effect of case management mode in nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods A total of 200 COPE） patients admitted to Respiratory Medicine Department in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group. Patients in control group received routine care, while patients in the experimental group received COPD case management mode. Data of COPD Knowledge Measurement scale, the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire, length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs of two groups were compared. Results The length of hospital stay in experimental group was short than that of control group and cognition degree of COPD and nursing satisfaction in experimental group were better than those of the control group and the differences were significant （P^0. 05）. Conclusion Application of case management procedures significantly improved patients＇ disease-related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care, shortened the length of hospital stay,and promoted patients＇ recovery and self-care ability after discharge.
