摘要 目的探讨金华地区基层二级乙等医院护士工作满意度情况。方法 2011年3月至2012年5月,便利抽样法抽取金华地区6所二级乙等医院的217名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、工作满意度指数调查表、离职倾向量表对护士进行调查,并对收集的资料进行统计学分析。结果医院护士最满意的是补助待遇,其中值班补助最为满意。最不满意的是领导的认可情况。有离职倾向的护士占26.73%,想找性质相同工作的有8.29%,想找性质不同工作的护士有34.10%,认为能够在其他机构找到适当职位的护士有34.10%。结论管理者应从全面落实《护士条例》、提高工资待遇、加强培训等方面入手,从而提高护士工作满意度。 Objective To explore the nurses' job satisfaction in primary hospital. Methods By conven- ience sampling, totally 217 nurses were enrolled into this study and assessed by general information ques- tionnaire, job satisfaction index questionnaire and turnover intention scale from March 2011 to May 2012. Results The most satisfactory part is subsidies, especially the subsidies onduty and the most dissatisfactory part is the recognition of the leaders. About 26.73% nurses had intentions to leave and 8.29% nurses would like to find another job with a similar nature as nurse, 34. 10% would like to find another kind, and 34.10% thought that they would find an appropriate position in other institutions. Conclusion Managers should increase nurses' satisfaction by regulating nurses according to Nurse Byelaw, improving salaries, and strengthening nurses training.
