学培“双轮驱动”模式在高职教育中的应用研究

广东邮电职业技术学院实施职业培训与学历教育"双轮驱动"的战略发展模式,学院的老师既是公办院校的专任教师又是上市公司的培训师。这样的发展模式和高职院校为社会服务的定位不谋而合。文章以广东邮电职业技术学院为例,全面阐述了职业培训对学历教育的专业建设、课程设置、教学手段和教学方法等的促进作用,并对学培融合实施的保障措施进行了系统的分析。

Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom implements the ＂two-wheel drive＂strategic development mode which means the integration of vocational training and academic education.Teachers of the college are not only full-time teachers but also the trainers of the listed companies.This kind of mode suits the idea of serving the society of the higher vocational colleges.Taking Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom as an example,this paper fully expounds the promotion of vocational training to the specialty construction,curriculum,teaching means and methods.The safeguard measures are also analyzed.
