规划角度探讨合肥出租车司机的“如厕难”问题

A Discussion on Taxi Drivers'Difficulty in Finding Toilets at Work in Hefei from the Perspective of Urban Planning

随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市的基础设施建设力度也在不断增强,但不可否认的是,众多城市仍然难以为生活在其中的人们提供满意的公共厕所服务。驾驶机动车的出租汽车司机群体的如厕问题更是常常被世人忽略。出租车司机的"如厕难"问题归根结底是城市规划对基层城市问题的忽视。结合合肥市的城市现状和特点,提出因地制宜的城市管理调整措施,并从规划层面对避免这一问题的发生提出了相应的解决方法。

With the accelerating process of urbanization,urban infrastructure construction is being constantly enhanced,but it is undeniable that nowadays,city dwellers are still hardly satisfied with public toilet services.Furthermore,taxi drivers＇ difficulty in finding toilets has always been ignored,which fundamentally is the neglect of urban planning on the basic level.This article discusses the very phenomenon in Hefei and presents some adjusting measures for urban management under local conditions in order to avoid this problem.
