语言具有模糊性,灵活、适度地运用这一特征是人类有效地进行交际不可或缺的手段。而幽默语言充分地体现了这一特征。文章从语言模糊性的角度阐述了英语中的幽默语言的产生机制及手段。

The flexible and appropriate application of the fuzziness, one feature of languages, is an in- dispensible way that people can communicate with each other effectively. This feature of languages can be fully shown by analyzing humorous languages. In this paper, English humors are analyzed as well as the mechanism and approaches illustrated from the perspective of the fuzziness of languages.
