尼龙6/氯化锂复合材料的性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过原位聚合的方法制备了尼龙6/氯化锂复合材料.热性能分析结果表明,由于锂离子与尼龙6分子链上的羰基氧原子产生络合配位作用,使得热分解温度大幅提高,但熔融温度和结晶度均有所减小.X-射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明加入适量的氯化锂有助于尼龙6γ晶的形成.扫描电镜(SEM)测试表明氯化锂在尼龙6基体中并没有团聚,分散良好. Abstract: PA6/LiCl chloride composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. Thermal analysis results demonstrated that the thermal decomposition temperature raised while the melting temperature and crystallinity reduced because the carbonyl oxygen atoms which were on the chain of lithium ions and nylon 6 molecules produced complex coordination. XRD test results showed that nylon 6 γ crystal increased with the addition of lithium chloride at appropriate amount. SEM photos showed that lithium chloride was well dispersed in nylon 6 matrix.
