浅谈斜井穿越煤层空巷施工技术方法

摘要 某煤业在主斜井施工作业中,掘进施工至117 m、139 m时,需分别穿越3#煤层1#、2#空巷,该煤层空巷长时期密闭,巷内可能聚积采空积水及瓦斯等有害气体。通过采用超前钻探、加固空巷、架设钢架棚、注浆充填等方法,解决了穿越煤层空巷推进速度慢等问题,实现了井筒的快速、安全、顺利施工。 In the process of main inclined shaft construction in a coal mine, when tunneling to 117 meters and 139 meters, need to respectively passing through roadways were closed in a long term, there are goal vance borehole drilling, abandoned roadw the problem of slow advance speed throu shaft 1# and 2# abandoned roadway in the 3# coal seam, the abandoned seeper, gas and so on. Through using the methods such as ad- strengthening, steel frame shed erecting, grouting filling and etc. , solves the abandoned roadway, realizes fast, safe and smooth construction of
