Discussion on Adaptability Education of Freshmen in Colleges and Guidance

本文对刚刚进入大学校门的新生因环境改变而出现的问题作了分析,从思想教育、心理教育、学习能力的培养三个方面谈做好大学新生适应性教育与引导工作。为使他们更好地适应大学生活,提出了一些帮助新生尽快实现角色转变的方法。

This paper analyes the problems that college freshmen have due to environment change and tries to make a good job of the adaption education and guidance from three aspects： the cultivation of ideological education, psychological education, and learning ability, then puts forwards several methods that can help freshmen realize the role transition as soon as possible in order to make them adapt their college life better.
