摘要
高职院校培养创新型技术人才既是适应创新型国家建设的需要,也是破解当前招生难题的途径之一。而创新型人才的培养是一项系统性工程,建设一支高素质的教学团队是实现创新型人才培养目标的重要措施。文章从适应创新型人才培养的教学团队建设意义、要求与任务、建设措施、运行保障措施四个方面进行了详细论述,以期为高职院校教学团队建设提供理论依据。
The cultivation of innovative technical personnel by vocational colleges is to adapt to the needs of innovative country construction and also a crack way of admissions puzzle. The cultivation of innovative talents is a systematic project. Therefore, the construction of a high-quality teaching team is an important measure to achieve innovative personnel training objectives. The author discusses four aspects, i.e. the meaning of teaching team construction to adapt to the cultivation of innovative talents, its requirements and tasks, construction measures and running guarantee, in order to provide a theoretical basis for vocational colleges teaching team bailding.
