On the Promotion Mechanism of Teacher Happiness Index——In a Case of Henan Independent Institutes

对河南独立学院教师幸福感的实证研究有利于推动我省高等教育尤其是独立学院的健康发展,从而为构建中原经济区的框架提供借鉴,助推中原经济区建设。提升教师幸福指数需要树立以人为本的管理理念,建立有效的社会支持网络,完善高校管理机制,培养教师积极的品质。

The research of teachers＇ happiness will promote higher education in Henan, especially the healthy development of Independent Institute, thus boost construction of Central Plains Economic Area. To improve teachers＇ happiness index, we should set up the idea of people-oriented management, establish an effective social support network, improve the management of universities, and foster teachers＇ positive quality.
