和谐师生关系的教育学探索

The Pedagogical Exploration of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students

摘要 师生关系是学校教育中最基本、最重要的人际关系。在复杂多变的社会背景下,师生关系发生了前所未有的变化。传统的师尊生卑的师生关系发生了动摇,师生冲突日益凸显。如何正确对待现实中的师生冲突,建立和谐的师生关系已经成为促进师生身心健康发展,深化教育改革的重要课题。文章从教育学理论出发,认为建立和谐师生关系的必要性在于其所具有的教育功能、激励功能、调控功能和社会功能,以爱心、尊重作为基础和前提,以赏识为重要手段,以民主为根本,有效建立和谐师生关系。 Relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important relationship of human beings in school education. Teacher-student relationship has changed unprecedentedly in a complicated social background. The traditional teacher-student relationship has been shaken, while the conflict between teachers and students are increasingly prominent. How to correctly treat the conflict between teachers and students in reality and establish harmonious teacher-student relationship is an important subject of promoting the physical and mental healthy development of teachers and students and deepening education reform. From the theory of pedagogy, this article puts forward that the necessity of harmonious teacher-student relationship construction lies in its educational function, incentive function, regulatory function, and social function; we should construct effectively harmonious teacher-student relationship by appreciation and democracy based on love and respect.
