摘要
依据招聘与录用的课程定位与特征,在分析模拟实践教学设计原则的基础上,以招聘项目为依托,对招聘与录用课程中的模拟实践环节进行设计,可以提高该课程的教学效果。
We should design simulated practical teaching of Recruitment course according to the orientation and characteristics of Recruitment course and the design principles of simulated practical teaching and based on the recruitment programs, so as to improve the teaching effect of Recruitment course.
