增强军队任职教育学员思想政治教育实效性探析

Strengthen the Effectiveness of Ideology-Politics Education among Army Professional Officials

随着国防现代化建设的深入推进,任职教育已成为国防教育的主要形式,任职教育学员也随之成为军队院校学员的主体。如何提升任职教育学员的思想政治素质,是当前军队院校思想政治建设中的一个重大课题。要增强任职教育学员思想政治教育的实效性,就必须坚持贯彻以人为本的原则,努力做好以下三方面工作:一要紧贴任职教育学员的思想实际,努力在有的放矢上下工夫;二要研究把握任职教育学员的精神文化需求,努力在入心入脑上下功夫;三要积极适应任职教育学员的行为特点,努力在因势利导上下工夫。

With the further advancement of the modernization of national defense of China, professional education has become the main form of Chinese national defense education, and profession/ally-educated military officer students have also become the majority of military officers. The enhancement of posted officers＇ ideological and political sensitivity has become an important issue of the Ideology and Politics construction in military academies in China presently. To effectively execute the Ideology and Politics construction among posted military of-fleers, it is highly necessary to hold on to humanistic principles and carry through the following fields of work： firstly, focusing on the prac-tical needs of posted officers in terms of professional education; secondly, researching and grasping the mental and cultural needs of posted officers to cater to their minds and feelings ; thirdly, adapting to the behavior pattems of posted offieers and educate accordingly.
