用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂 ,由邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇合成了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ,当邻苯二甲酸酐、正丁醇和对甲苯磺酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 4∶ 0 .0 5,回流分水 3h,酯收率达 98% .

Dibutyl phthalate was sy nthesized from phthalic anhydride and n-butyl alcohol in presence of p-toluene sulphonic acid. The yield of the ester could reach 98% when the mole ratio of p hthalic anhydride ,n-butyl alcohol and p-toluene sulphonic acid was 1∶4∶0. 05,with refluxing and segrating water for 3.0 h.
