基于XML的高校教学信息管理系统,主要由素材类教学资源、网络课程库、教学资源管理系统、远程教学系统支持平台组成。把XML标记语言用于教学资源的发布和管理,实现教育资源的标准化,进而开发了一个高性能的高校教学信息管理系统。
