微课理念下的教师教育技能实训方案研究——以韶关学院的师范教育为例 被引量:25

摘要 深化教师教育改革,创新培养模式,增强实习实践环节,完善培训体系,提高教师业务水平,建设高素质教师队伍是我国教师教育的长期发展目标。通过对我国教师技能训练大纲进行解读和分析,结合现代信息化环境下教师应具备的信息素养,总结分析我国教师应具备的教育技能实训体系,在"微课"理念下,提出新的教师教育技能实训方案,并加以试验,力求充分利用学校资源,探索立足于学校实际的新的教师专业技能培养方案,并在实践中不断改进和完善。 Deepening the reform of teacher education, innovation training mode, strengthen the internship practice, perfect the raining system,improve operation level of teachers, construction high quality teacher troop, which is the long-term development goals of teacher education in China. In this paper,interpretation and analysis of teachers'skill training program in our country, Combined with the information literacy which the teachers should possessed in the information technology environment, summary analysis the training system of the teacher education skills in our country. Under the" Micro class "concept, put forward and test a new training program of the teacher education skills. Strive to make full use of its resources, explore the new actual training scheme of the teachers' professional skills based on school--based, and improve and perfect it in the practice continuously.
