摘要
大学生的生命教育,不应以知识、技能介绍为主,而应以引领价值观为主,重要内容是引领大学生思考如何涵养生命。在充分认识人的生命是身、心、灵统一体的基础上,确立支撑生命的理念,用心呵护身体、心理并努力提升赋予生命意义的能力,就是涵养生命的过程,重点是实现在自然原则、向上、向善原则的指导下,将知识、能力、德性融入生命,遇到成长过程中必须面对的问题和困惑时,能心有规则,从容面对。
Life education for college students needs to focus on guiding the development of values, rather than simply teaching knowledge and skills. One of the most important aspects of life education is to guide college students to think about how to nurture their life. Nurturing one's life bases on adequate knowledge about the fact that life is the unity of body, mind and spirit. Then, one needs to construct the philosophy of supporting life, take good care of both body and mind, and make efforts to improve the ability of making life meaningful. This process is the realization of integrating knowledge, ability, and morality into life, under the guidance of naturalism principles and principles of seeking for improvement and good. By doing so, one is able to steadily and deliberately deal with confusion and various problems in the course of growth of life.
