流程稳定性理论在生产管理领域的应用

摘要 针对生产管理领域绩效管理的需求,提出了流程稳定性理论,并结合实例,系统地阐述了该理论在生产管理领域的应用效果和应用前景。流程稳定性理论以实际业务活动为基础,构建既反映生产状况又符合管理目标的KPI体系,实现生产领域的量化管理。在指标量化基础上,制订指标的浮动、预警和警戒区间,最终形成生产型企业流程稳定性监管体系。实施流程稳定性监管体系,能够简化管理过程、明确管理目标、探索企业合理的KPI区间,并对问题进行定位和追溯。 According to the needs of production management performance management, the paper put forward the theo- ry of process stability system construction, and combined with the examples, described the system flow stability theory in production management field application effect and application prospect. Flow stability takes actual business activities as the foundation, constructs that reflect production situation and conforms to the management objectives of the KPI system, realizes the production field management. On the basis of index quantification, developed indicators of floating, early warning and alert interval, eventually formed the enterprise of type of production process stability supervision system. The imple- mentation of the process stability supervision system can simplify the management process, make clear of the management objectives, explore the reasonable range of KPI, and locate and trace the problem.
