摘要
电测配合业务是航天器总装阶段的核心业务之一,占用了型号研制周期50%以上的时间。电测配合业务过程是一个多部门协同、多角色分工、多人员参与的复杂过程,电测配合业务完成的质量与效率将会对整个航天器总装过程产生很大的影响。传统的电测配合业务过程以纸质单据为依托进行业务处理,其在管理效率和质量上都存在一定的不足。本文面向航天器总装阶段电测配合管理业务流程的控制需求,结合信息化管理技术的优势,展开对AIT电测配合管理系统的研究与开发,以加强企业对电测配合管理业务的管控。利用信息化技术对电测配合管理业务流程进行信息化改造,实现对整个电测配合管理业务的标准化、规范化管理,AIT电测配合管理系统的全面推广与应用必将对航天器总装阶段的电测配合业务管理起到巨大的推动作用。
Electrical measurement cooperation work is one of the core works in the assembly course in aerospace production, it takes more than half of the whole development time. Electrical measurement cooperation work is a complex course between multi departments, multi roles and multi employees. The quality and efficiency of electric measurement cooperation work will make good effect on the whole assembly course in aerospace production. The running of traditional electric measurement cooperation work is based on paper bill, which has a lot of scarcity in management quality and efficiency. The control requirement of electric measurement cooperation work course in assembly course in aerospace production is studied in this paper. And the design and realization of electric measurement cooperation work management system about assemble in- tegrated test is also studied combined with the goodness of information management technology, in order to strengthen the management of electric measurement cooperation work. The electrical measurement cooperation work has been reconstructed through information technology, and then the standardization management has been realized with the help of information system. It will make great improvement on the electrical measurement cooperation work of assembly course in aerospace production along with the comprehensively extending and widely usage of the electrical measurement cooperation work management system about assemble integrated test.
