摘要
采用氮气吸附法和光散射系数法,分别研究了化机浆与针叶木和阔叶木化学浆配抄纸页的相对结合面积,研究结果表明:与光散射系数法相比较,氮气吸附法测定的纸页相对结合面积低;纤维的比表面积是影响相对结合面积的主要因素;随着化机浆配比增加,纸页的相对结合面积降低;随着打浆度的增加,纸页的相对结合面积增加。
In this paper was investigated the relative bonded area (RBA) of CTMP furnished with softwood and hardwood chemical pulp, RBA was determined with nitrogen adsorption method and light scattering coefficient method respectively. The result shows that the relative bonded area determined with nitrogen adsorption method is lower comparing with light scattering coefficient method. Fiber specific surface area plays a predominate role in sheet RBA. RBA decreases with an increase in CTMP ratio and increases with an increase in pulp refining degree.
