摘要
福建南纸股份有限公司生产的硫酸盐木浆以马尾松为主要原料,目前面临着原料短缺导致开机不足的矛盾。杂交枸树作为一种速生丰产的树种,如能使用,可有效缓解该矛盾。对此,在实验室中进行了杂交枸树与马尾松以不同比例混合进行制浆的试验,通过试验可以看出,杂交枸树以20%的比例与马尾松混合制浆可得到较好的结果,是解决原料不足问题的一个可行的办法。
Fujian Nanping Paper Co., Ltd., producing kraft pulp taken masson pine as raw material, are facing raw material shortage and insufficient operation, tlybrid paper mulberry, a kind of a fast growth wood species, can efllzctively relieve raw material shortage when it can be applied. So a pulping test furnisbed hybrid paper mulberry and masson pine as materials was carried out in lab. The results show that pulping of mixing at a ratio of 20% of hybrid paper mulberry can get to a good result, which is a better way to solve the problem of insufficient raw material supply.
