摘要
围绕造纸机用铸铁烘缸及其材料试块超声波探伤的数据,介绍了可采用的仪器及探伤的实际意义,探讨了探伤的可行性。通过对不同铸铁材料超声波探伤反射脉冲的分析,对正确认识评价检测烘缸材料提出见解。
Around the collection of data for cast iron dryer for paper machines and its material test block for ultrasonic flaw detection, the testing significance and detection feasibility and available instrument for detection were introduced. According to the analysis of reflected pulses for different cast iron material, new ideas for the correct understanding and evaluation of dryer materials detection with ultrasonic were put forward.
