Application of AHP in Quantitative Evaluation on the Warehouse Resources of B2C Distribution Center

目前我国B2C类电子商务企业在其发展过程中因当前库容不能满足需求,需要重新选择可进行分仓或者合仓活动的适合仓源。文中旨在依据AHP层次分析法的理论,利用Excel工具,简便快捷的为B2C电子商务企业实现对目标仓源的选择评价。

So far in China, during the development of B2C e- commerce businesses, due to the capacity cannot meet the demand,reselecting sub- warehouse or joint-warehouse is needed. This article discusses and evaluates the realization of selecting warehouse simply and efficiently for B2C e-commerce enterprises based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） theory and with the help of Excel.
