摘要
近年来,饮料包装种类日益繁多且使用量巨大,但由于饮料包装可降解性低及其供应链与环境系统间物质交换的不平衡最终引发了许多环境污染问题。文中基于物质流分析方法绘制了饮料包装供应链物质流分析模型,找出了其内部的物质平衡关系,并根据环境的供给能力与容纳能力建立了"最大承载力约束",继而根据理想状态的物质流动状态提出了"最优平衡模型",最后分析了促进饮料包装供应链平衡运作的物质流调整方法及饮料包装供应链中应注意的问题。
Recently, kind of beverage packaging is increasingly abundant and using huge. While, beverage packaging's low biodegradation and material exchange imbalances between the supply chain and environment had caused lots of Environmental pollution problems. The paper established the analysis model of beverage packaging supply chain based on the Material Flow Analysis Method, after that, we find out the internal relations of the material balance, then, we established the "Maximum Bearing Capacity Constraint" according to the supply and degradation ability of the environment. Therefore,we put forward "The Optimal Balance Model" according to the ideal state of matter flow. At last, we analyzed the balance adjustment methods in order to promote the operation of beverage packaging supply chain and noted some problems which the operator should pay attention to.
