首先介绍国内港口建设费(以下简称港建费)征收情况,结合我国《港口建设费征收办法》对港建费征收的规定进行比对,分析我国港建费征收现状存在的问题,最后提出我国港建费征收思路。

In this paper, first of all, the current situations of collecting port construction dues are introduced. Secondly, according to the measures for the collection of port construction dues, the problems of collecting port construction dues are identified. Finally, the ideas of future development of collecting port construction dues are proposed.
